Docomo is a good mobile operator service. I’m using Docomo in my mobile from 7years. Previously I was using the Sim in my Nokia mobile. But, now I’ve shifted this to a Smart phone.
There is no signal problem with this mobile operator. There is a strong signal every where. Unlike other operators like bsnl, Vodafone where there is shortage in signal strength at many places.
There is a fast sending of messages from one place to other.
And coming to the internet the speed is not up to the mark. Every mobile operator currently upgraded to 4G Service. In this sophisticated world there is always a high need of internet that too there is multiple sharing of resources, downloading, browsing etc., which requires a high speed. But Docomo doesn’t support 4G and not even 3G too. But though the speed is not enough the video quality in YouTube is not bad. Even the browsing is not bad too.
And coming to other problem which I’ve faced is during sign up. This happened in Nokia mobile( keypad) .
When I was registering with an unknown WiFi in railway stations and other places there must be an otp sent to our mobile with the registered mobile number. But when the submitted to send the otp there was no otp at all. I tried many times but there was no response. One time the otps were sent after half an hour.
But now almost everyone’s using smart phone so no problem I hope. Rest everything good.
Currently the offers are also reasonable.
