I was using docomo gsm sim 7204896169 from last 1 yr and happy with services. but from the last 1 month it gave me extremely bitter experience.The voice break problem is really irritating and they deduct Rs 10 from my ac activating some service with out any call or sms notification and after informing abt it sometimes if I were lucky enough they refund else they will make some reason and wont listen 2 ur prob anymore. I have finally decided to use MNP (Mobile number portability) and switch to airtel after finishing my balance. No need to finish it by call they will deduct it from my account by activating any service. I informed about it to their customer care executive but they are really shameless and irresponsible. TATA DOCOMO IS GOING TO LOOSE ITS REPUTATION SOON.
