Today I recharged my phone with Rs. 53 sms pack. I already had Rs.6 sms pack active. Now, I am not getting the benefits of the new sms pack. When I called customer care, they told that it will be active after the old pack expires. When I asked about the validity, they said that the validity of the new pack will start from today only.
I think this is very wrong and cheating. How can the validity of a plan start if the plan is not active. Your representative told that you should have called us. Do you think, I am going to call you before every recharge I make. And I want answers. When I asked the representative to connect me to a manager, he put my call on hold and disconnected after 10 minutes.
This is what you call customer service. You guys sing songs that Tata Docomo is very transparent, they dont cheat their customer.
This is not cheating or what. How can you start the validity of a plan if it is not active.
