Frustrated from company

Hey guys today I am going to tell you about my last network connection tata docomo.


I was using tata docomo postpaid number last year. I have chose a plan of rs299 for the first few month it worked well but after that they started adding services themselve and when I talked to their customer service they put the whole blame on me.


I mean the customer service is to help the customer not to put blame on him.


Apart from this when I switched the company I have paid extra amount for my last 10 days bill but still they send me the bill of rs1480. I mean what the hell was that even I had switched the company with extra bill payment then why is the bill with so much amount. So guys stay safe and be carefull while chosing ur operator.
