Network And Billing Is Not Good At All

I use Docomo service from last few month and I am not feeling well to say but I am really frustrated with the service. And even I think to change my service provider now.


Network is one of the biggest problem with the provider, I noticed in my few month usage that it don’t have good network in normal places or very crowded area in the country but same place my friends mobile with other providers have full network so I don’t like this at all.


Their customer service is just a thing which is not so bad comparing to it’s other sides.


Charges and billing is very high and I would say it’s very costly. Call charge is very high and my topup reacharge is finish very fast within just few mineuts of calling so I personaly think it’s so high billing operator.So at the end of my review I want to say that it’s network and billing is not good at all, and I suggest docomo to improve these issues fast.
