I used my Airtel number 9849203349 for more than a decade and was quite happy with overall experience. I regret for choosing Tata Docomo looking at the free calls offer, now I can’t use my phone for lack of signal at home and I live in Hyderabad, on the inner ring road and exactly behind the tatadocomo office.
My complaint registered got closed with out my concent and now they say they will address this by 2nd of March, 2013, two months from now. I can’t even port back to Airtel because of 3 months lock in. Pray my wife helps me with her Airtel phone for the next three months.
Never, ever port from Airtel to Docomo, ever! A customer care executive even suggested that I should restart my phone when ever I loose signal, I told him I never have signal, he might be suggesting that I just keep my phone switched off to save some battery at least!
