Recharge of TATA DOCOMO prepaid() never reflected in my balance. After repeated complaints, they responded only after 4 months to say that it shows in their system. Why did they respond after 4 months and after such a long delay how can I prove them wrong? what if they are lying? what if their system malfunctioned? I am forced to accept all they say.
