I’m put up in Chennai. I have been using TATA Docomo since it was started. It is an enriching experience to share with you all about this service as the network.
I presumed that going for a new operator that the network quality may be low. Although I got an alternate mobile I thought of going for another one for my personal use. I was very much attracted to 1 sec billing(pay for what I use) & Free 750sms / day (After 3sms at 60p).
Although the network is not so good as existing players in the communication market, Docomo has very easily erected many towers during their 1st phase itself. Hope they might improve it to other areas in the fore coming areas soon.
I really feel excited to talk to my friends & especially family spread all over india by talking to them even lesser than local call rates & 1 sec billing.
Until now I didn’t face any problem & had any queries as they have got a good IVR system by dialing 12525 which is available in many Indian languages. So I havent contacted customer care at all. Long live DoCoMo & I hope this call rates remains
