Been a user of this service since last 20 days, more than impressed. I have been a user of airtel since last 5 years and no harm to say that its one of the most pathetic service provider in the country which pays no heed to its customers genuine grievances and its staffs are a bunch of cheat and fraudsters(please go through my earlier post which till date remains unsolved).
Initially I didnt expect it (docomo) to be any better but went ahead and got one because of the hype surrounding its plan and I am pleasantly surpriosed that it lives up to it. My charges have reduced drastically and after initial hiccups the network is also fine and voice clarity is good.
Waiting for no. portability to arrive so I can change my existing airtel no. If only they got their CSC right but I am willing to give it time .
