I recently shifted from Airtel to tata docomo getting inspired by Randheer Kapoor advt, company has pathetic coverage, poor signal quality and Buggy 3G services. Customer support is ignorant they simply disconnect the calls thinking one call doesnt matter, poor Docomo, now it has become culture of its cutomer care. IVR logic is stupid, it start from regional languages and you will not able to make out how to switch to English or Hindi.
Not recommended for high end user, as the moment your unbilled amount will reach to 2000 they will disconnect your outgoing calls and leave you hanging with 0 customer support. You will struggle to even get in touch with them, as even 121 will not work. I will recommend before going for Tata Docomo call up any of these customer care and they will drive you crazy- 18602665555 and 18002660000
I like Randhir Kapoor but Tata Docomo customer support is just alike his dialogues in BARFI( complete silent.
Dont go for it guys, TATA DOCOMO target segment is low skilled workers- house maids etc....
