Starting with good things
Honest service: Though there are deductions in account balance, one call or email will re credit the balance
Packs are cheap and best. No hidden costs.
Availability of network in most of the places.
Not so good things:
Interenet connectivity especially 3G is very bad but speed is good. Most of the times your cell doesnt connect to 3G.
Network is pathetic and most of the times you miss calls as the people calling you find your cell not reachable though you have network.
Many times you get to hear other calls in bbetween your calls as a result of network errors.
Though MOST of the customer service executives are polite, reaching them is pain. Docomo gives you only one call a day after which you may contact them through email. If you are a rural user then network connectivity may not be a problem because rural docomo networks are healthy. If your are a regular 3G user then stay away from Docomo. One of the best thing about this network is honesty. At times they may deduct balance from your network but a call or email with a tinge of aggression will ensure justice. At times I have recieved extra currency from Docomo. So overall Docomo is not a good network in terms of connectivity but a good option for people who get few calls and dont use internet.
