Hi guys today im sharing my experience on tata docomo network.I’m using this operator since last 2 year.This is very cheap operator as compared to other operators in the India.
But they have some serious network issue.The network is gone for 1 to 2 hours and that time I didn’t able to any call.
The customer service is also bad .Very few people can contact the customer care service.And they respond to us after 24 hours.And they do not provide more than one answer.And their customer care executive’s behavior is also bad.
They deduct balance many time for no reason and do not back the balance.
And it has not good internet connection.
They charged cheap price but they have to change their network issue.
I do not recommend to use this operator it is waste of money and time as well.
