I have taken the tata docomo card for my brother and firstly the card was working nice and good but after the few months
The network of the card was going and I have to switch off and on the phone for many time and I was so much in trouble then I called
Up to the customer care to resolve the problem they said they are upgrading the system and called after the 5 hours I called them after the 5 hours
They said they will resolve my problem in 24 hours but that the problem didnt solve
And acter that the company call too much to do the prepaid to thr pospaid after so many calls I postpaid my card and then the network issues was also there and the bill come too much I didnt call so many then also the bill coming too much and the net network was also worst at some place only the network was coming and then I have stop to use this card.
