Helo friends iam sharing my personal experience. Till today iam using this services. I think this sim I used till to ten year.and I can change my sim. But I waited for good services. I didn’t got any good help or services from Tata Docomo .i should tell to u that don’t take this sim. It is a worst to we.one of the bad condition is when we go somewhere we did not get any range from this services.this condition make me sad.in the case of network all day I have to go for near shop to ask they for network. I tired for using this sim.iam telling my sad condition.in the case of night mood I will close my bedroom door that time I will not get any range or can’t call, the range have been gone.by facing this all problems some important matter make me to call customer care they dont responding our matter, they did not taking seriously in my matter.they did not replying in customer. They have to think iam a Docomo customer. When my cazins call to me whenever they said that I try to keep phone has out of range. and I think this is not possible I have to change my sim.there is no any good offers or new data pack also.my brother send a message to DOCOMO that I have change, port to another .they replayed that dont change they give a good offer to me. After 20 days the docomo changed to before rate like cheep offer.still iam tired for using this sim I try to change my sim.
