I have Tata photon max wifi usb modem brought before 4 months and its not worked for 3 months from date of purchase and I have make complaint to customer care but never have saticefied action they given complaint number and after 3 4 days I got d msg ur complaint is closed. the worst experience of my life with this tata docomo. plz guys dont use it its just a fake service assurance there is no customer satisfiction. very vad quality of signle too. and poor connectivity I will say its just a worst network provider.
