Have given 1 star because there is no provision for zero star. Absolutely horrible service. Every month your service will go down to lower 128 kbps (against claim of 3.2/7.2 Mbps) for an extended period of time. When you complain they will tell you that they will resolve it in 10 days or imagine 10 days or so, every month, at 128 kbps on promise of 3.2/7.2 Mbps . In the mean time they keep charging you the exorbitant 3G rental.
This keeps happening consistently month after month. Do not know if this their business strategy to save their limited 3G band with or just the underpaid technicians they employ. But it makes your life horrible and forget about the huge 3G money you are paying (regardless of the speed you get). They will absolutely not adjust the price against the downtime.
