I brought a laptop and a 3G data card so that I could start my freelance work. I am a freelance web developer. After my connection was activated I tried to go online and start my new project worth 20k. Guess what? The speed of this 3G device was not more than 30kbps!! Is that y I purchases 3G?
Immediately I spoke to customer service who assured me a call by the tech support specialist. Next morning I got a call from MOTHER OF TATA Docomo. She was so rude as if its her company and she is the CEO of Tata Docomo. She was so sarcastic and instead of resolving my issue she told me to take the device back and get the refund from the retailer.

I am so frustrated now and m feeling sorry that I took a chancre with tTata Docomo. The speed is not worth doing any work over the Internet. I DONT recommend this product to anyone.
The worst part is now I have to go back to Croma and ask for the refund and dont know how much time it will take. It means I have lost work for approximately 2 weeks.
