I had been using services of Tata Docomo Wireless 3G Data Card for more than two years, and the plans being offered to me were satisfactory. But one day, they doubled the price of the internet packs I had been using for so long. When I asked them the reason for the same they said, Its company policy to revise plans time and again and they couldnt do anything about it. However, I was so surprised that being a premium customer how could they just hike the price to an extent which was almost double. The speed they promise is upto 21.1mbps, but the truth my dear friend is the speed test never crosses more than 1 mbps, downlading becomes a pie in the sky.
Moreover, their customer service sucks. They take you concern in a very light manner and always give you a run around by saying to visit their brick-and-mortar store if they think they cant resolve the issue. I mean, what this online customer service is meant for. Their technical guys never give you a call back which their representatives promise you over the phone.
I hate Tata Docomo.
