I have 2 subscriptions to Tata Photon and 1 subscription to BSNL broadband. One of my Tata Photon dongles didnt work for 4 months. It worked only on the first month and then there a problem in it. It didnt work at all for last 4 months and I reported to Tata Teleservices for this several times but they never resolved the issue. I was billed every month which I paid promptly.
The worst part is here:
I went to Kashmir for 10 days and before going there, I inquired if my photon connection would work there. I was advised that it will work. So I carried my dongle (the working one) so that I could work there during evenings. When I reached Srinagar, I realised that Tata does not operate in J&K.
Then why did the customer service representative informed me incorrectly??
Tata Services is no doubt, the worst of all.
