Tata Indica V2

Hi All,

I had promised myself to write a review after I buy a Tata Indica V2 DLG(Diesel) & let know about it to all on the MS site. Believe me, it is a Great Car. If somebody expects it to zoom like a F1 car, you have better options.

The good points first:

1. Good mileage(it gives me 14 km/lt in mixed conditions, would considerably increase after the first service, I’m sure)

   
   




2. Definitely less noise rather than what diesel cars are made out to be

   
   

3.Comfortable seating options. (easily seats 2+3 adults + a kid -A big plus!)

4.Economical price compared to other cars in the segment & cost of ownership is low.

1. The car is very stable at very high speeds.

   
   




2. I hadn’t used the car for one full week.So many people had told me about starting troubles if kept idle for 1 week, leave alone a month. My car started at the first try itself without any problems.

   
   

Not-so-good point:

1. The known fact applies to this diesel car as well, ’Pickup is sluggish’ to some extent, I think that is to be expected.

This is my opinion till date. I should be back at MS after my car goes for the first service. Happy Motoring till then. Bye!
