This is regarding a complaint I had already made to your call center guy who had called me for feedback for my other car TN 10 T 4894
TN 10 T 4894 and TN 10 T 8539 were booked for service on the same day. While the later (8539) is a newer car and was due for oil change the dealer refused to take my car for service.
I had spoken to several people inside the service station but nobody was of any help. The General Manager and Managing director were not available on site for help as it was couple of days ahead of diwali day (25th October). Diwali was celebrated in 27th October.
I was ill-treated by the then floor manager Mr. Jayaraj, which also led to a fight where he abused and assaulted me in front of several customers and technicians just at their entry gate when I had made a protest about my second car not being accepted for service when it was due for oil change, also my first car which was ready for delivery was not being handed over to me even after 60 minutes of it being ready for delivery.
On the same day evening while returning back home I was able to get their GM’s cell number and contact him regarding the same.
On his directions their service manager had called me to go meet him the next working day.
I refused to go the place where I got beaten up by their staff and am looking for a alternate service station.
My current problem is that my vehicle had done 20, 150KMs when I took it for the third free service, being a commercial vehicle I caanot keep it at home or shelf it when the service station has refused to take for service. By the next working day my car already crossed 20, 500KMs mark and am not able to use the free coupon provided by TATA Motors.
I sincerely request you to please direct me to any other service station and this coupon for oil change be accepted. I do not wish to make any complaints regarding the misbehaving of the staff and Mr.Jayaraj only of the fear that they are well know rowdies in their neighbourhood and might interfere with my daily buisiness and personal affairs if I made a police complaint.
