I have been eagarly reading mouthshut’s review for INDICA XETA for quite some time.
Whan I decided to purchase tha car I have in mind maruti alto, santro and maruti wagan-r.
I visited the show room to feel the cars. When my friend told to visit tata showroom. I visited and seen and feel the TATA XETA. A beautifull car. We test drove the car, it has good power, good interiors, spacious, more luggage space. convinient split seat. Than I took test drive of INDICA XETA I found car is really amazing and cost is fantatic. I can save around 1 Lakhs and with that interest I can fuel my INDICA XETA forever. After deciding for few weeks I finally bought INDICA XETA from Shaman Motors, Mumbai.
I bought sky blue colour metallic INDICA XETA, I found its very comfirtable and A/C is powerful. Lovely beige interiors I mean soothing to eyes, spacious, and with all the knick knacks that goes with any high end models. Best thing like about INDICA is its aerodymaic body. Many people have concerns about its shape, But I will say metals used in INDICA and its shape is best comparing any similar class cars. Aerodynamic shape is better to get good mileage.
If you are looking for low budget good car you can go for this.
Well, guys the car has given me only 6-7 km/litre and I am worried about it. My usage is very less and its normally on city road, Still I consider its very less. I haven’t driven much so I am not in a position to be judgemental on it. I expect my collegues here can suggest me way-out and good driving practices. I have driver who drive, so its sometime difficult to judge about the problem with car or driving practice. I will be conducting a test by driving myself with mix of highway and city drive. Can anyone suggest best testing methods?
I suggest to create CITY level association / FORUM (can be online group) of INDICA XETA car owners who can discuss, raise issues and suggest solutions to the problems and increase knowledge level of members.
