I am sorry to state that till date no action has been taken from your end. My car is still lying at Pawa Motors’ Workshop. I once again request you to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

Dear Sir / Madam,


Kindly refer to my emails dated 09-05-07 & 04-05-07, a copy of which is attached below. I would like to inform you that till date no officer from Tata Motor has bothered to contact me. I was just contacted by one Mr.Raminder Singh from Pawa Motors. He told me to once again take my car to his workshop so that the faults could be repaired. On his persistence, yesterday I took my car to his workshop. He told me that this time all the faults would be repaired and on his assurance I handed over my car to him.


After an hour, I received a phone call from one Mr.Ajit Singh from Pawa Motors. He told me that ECU of my car is faulty and once again it is needed to be replaced. Here I would like to bring in your notice that the same was replaced last time as well about a month back. Mr.Ajit also told me that CNG wiring of my car also needed to be changed. Further, he told that ECU is presently not in stock and it could be procured only after 3-4 days.


I am really afraid that today when my car is under warranty, its parts are regularly needed to be replaced without any success. Tomorrow when the warranty expires, I will be required to pay for all its expensive faulty parts.


As I mentioned in my earlier email, I would once again like to inform you that this car suddenly stops or misses acceleration while running on the road. As a result of which both the tail lamps of my car have been broken and my car has been hit from all the sides by other running vehicles on road. I had requested earlier as well to replace and repair all these dents and damages but my request was never attended. This makes me wonder that once you have taken money, you people are not at all bothered about your customer grievances. Kindly keep in mind that one should be harassed only up to some limit and not beyond that. It seems by keeping mum on my complaints; Tata Motor is testing my patience.


I would like to inform you that this time if my car is not repaired successfully Engine wise, CNG wise, Interior and Exterior wise(damaged due to engine fault), I will not take the delivery of my car from your workshop. Please note that this is the last chance which I am giving to you for successfully repairing all the faults.

Sub: CAR IS AGAIN GIVING TROUBLES


Dear Sir,


I am sorry to inform that my Tata Indica Xeta car is again giving troubles. Now, this car is neither starting nor running on petrol. This car now is running only on CNG. Whenever I switch it to the petrol mode, the car stops running or seldom runs at a speed of just 10-15 kmph ever after giving full acceleration. While driving on CNG, engine of this car misses acceleration and stops on low speed. As a result of which my car has been hit from behind many times and both the tail lights have been broken.


It has been just one month since this car was last repaired at your workshop. I would like to inform you that ever since I purchased this car in October 2006, it has gone for repairs on numerous occasions almost every month. Kindly refer to my earlier email correspondences mentioned below.


I deeply regret buying this car. I am really fed up with taking my car to your workshop almost every month for repairs. Every time I take the car to your workshop for repairs, it remains stranded there for at lest 6-7 days before the car is delivered without being repaired successfully.


Whenever I take the car to the Pawa Motors’ Wazirpur workshop for repairs, they consume all the petrol and CNG in my car. Not even that, last time after consuming all the petrol and CNG they even charged me for additional CNG which they said they had purchased. Every time, they take my car all the way to Okhla which is far off from their workshop and charge me for the petrol/cng consumed. I had purchased my car from Pawa Motor keeping in mind that their workshop is near my place. Why should I pay for the fuel consumed in taking the car to Okhla which is far off? If you can not provide the service at your Wazirpur, why are you selling this car at this showroom?


I had purchased this car for running it on road and not for keeping it at your workshop for repairs. Every since I purchased this car I am going through mental agony. All the thoughts of loosing my money on this car keeps haunting me throughout the day. Not even that, I get nightmares that I have lost my hard earned money on buying such a third class car. I am even not able to sleep properly with constant fear that due to all these faults, the engine of my car will siege or blast anytime. Once again I would like to warn you that you will be solely responsible for any miss happening due to these faults either to the car or to our lives.


This car has already been repaired on numerous occasions and various parts been replaced without any success. I humbly request you to please REFUND MY MONEY or EXCHANGE THIS CAR.


Kindly need the needful urgently.
