I want to share my problems with everyone so no one in the future get trouble like me. I have bought tata xeta on 22nd july from srinathji motors kaushambi, UP. I have given full amount for car and cng.
First got problem on the very second day, sales executive promised me a Gear lock, but after asking several times, several visits, it got placed in after 2 weeks second when I have given full money for cng it took 1 month get installed, people of srinathji have no status about it---pathetic situation.
Now last problem-- it is mandatory to get cng endorsed on your RC, after 6 months I am still struggling to get my RC, there is almost weekly visit to and several phone calls. they never pick my phone, I have to make personal visit.
My advice-- always take slip what ever amount you have given take in written about the free gifts they are giving to you. Always be strict on them to get your work done.
Car is good on cng but sounds comes from various loose parts of xeta, if you don’t require space like xeta them go for maruti brand.....
