A lot many customers in Delhi/Mumbai who have purchased company(TATA) fitted CNG Indica XETA are facing various defects and problems in their cars. Further, they have been harassed by Tatas poor customer service. Here, it is not out of point to state Tata mislead many innocent customers by selling CNG XETA without doing any proper research and road test. They lured customers to purchase CNG XETA just to boost their sales. ECU of this car which costs approx. Rs.15000 is not suitable for CNG and therefore they should not have launched this car at first place.
Insipte of knowing all these drawbacks, Tata Motors intentionally sold CNG version of this car and even gave false warranty to increase their sales.
I personally know few harassed XETA customers who are going through nightmares after purchasing this third class car. I met these people at Tata Motor’s Workshop. I am giving below their name & car reg. no.

One of them has even filed a case in consumer’s court. We all have been cheated by Tata Motors. We have lost our hard earned money. Buying a car is a dream for anyone but TATA MOTOR has turned it into a nightmare.
