Looked for most of the car’s in this segment. Had a test drive for swift, fabia, getz & Vista aura. Vista seems to me the best in every aspect, looks improved a lot, interior was realy gud not as that of fabia, plastic parts like handles were just OK as that of swift.
But it was realy spacious, driver seat is height adjustable and there is a tilt steering. Two tone Beige interior was gud, but the fabric used on the doors and seating was just at par. Power Steering was quite the same, gud, as in swift and fabia, improved a lot from its previous indica. Gear box and gear shift quite gud to impress me. Suspension has been improved a lot, much better then swfit and fabia. Vibration and engine noise was very less as compared to fabia and swift. Pickup was far better, overall drive was quite impressive.
Major issue which I felt on which I need help need from others was, the covers/guards between the tyres and engine compartment which were missing and engine was completly visible from the tyre side. Engineers at the showroom told me that this is how ur car will be delivered, and have no idea how tata’s R&D dept. did a blunder like this as all other car’s have a protection between tyres and engine.Overall an impressive car, all should have a test drive before going for swift, fabia and getz.
