I am not the kinds to use adjectives so abundantly. So if you see ’excellent’ and ’awesome’ coming from my review - you better believe it.
I have been using the VSNL(formerly known as Tata Indicom Broadband) for the past 5 months. My internet usage is nearly 24/7 - so no downtime is acceptable. And that is where VSNL ROCKS !
I have had a lot of trouble with my previous ISPs - like Glide - who brought me to the stage where I seriously contemplated going and breaking the windows etc.
I was very skeptical when I heard that its not TATA - but rather VSNL who will be providing me service. However as it turns out the TATA people are the ones actually supporting it all.
In the past 4 months I have had about 2-3 hours downtime - trust me that it damn good ! And whenever I have called support - the guy/gal on the other side has always tried to get the problem solved as if their life depended on it. We joke about how - these guys are close to crying - if they cant solve the problem immediately.
They follow up on the complaints - till it solved. I have had connectivity problems solved -as late as 4 AM in the morning.
I am very happy with the service - never seen such service anywhere else in India.
