The tataindicom broadband services are nothing but big lies. They are Liar’s and their customer care is a bullshit. Please do not go for it. If you want taste the sheer irresponsible service of these guys then go ahead and regret later.
If I see their executives next time at my door. I will kick them out of our colony.
I had applied for a new Prepaid braodband connection. I had done the payment by cheque.
I was told that the connection will be done within a week. Now it is more than a month & two dozen phone calls & the installation is not yet done. The executives from whom I bought this package have swichted of there phones and are absconding.
Customer care first puts u on 6 minutes wait time, then a executive comes online. Asks u to wait while he transfers my call to the refund department. But before the refund dept gets connected the phone is disconnected by itself. This cycles repeats everytime u try to call customer care.
So please do not entertain the tataindicom executives.
It would be better to put up a board Dogs and Tataindicom executives are not allowed.
