I am a customer of Tata broadband, and it has to be the worst ISP I have ever used in terms of it’s reliability, and the emasures they take to resolve your problems. One little thunder in the sky, or a meek drizzle, and the network goes down. And that is when the real ordeal begins.
To get the Tata customer service reps off their arse, and to get them to fix the problem. The service is good in terms of the connection speed, but leaves a lot to be expected in terms of its reliability and customer service, coming from the TATA stable. I do not know how different it is with the other divisions of TATA, but if I were to judge them based on their internet service, I’d rate them 1 on a 10.
Long story short, if you need a pleasant broadband experience, TATA is not the answer. If you do not want to have to dial in atleast a 100 times before a sorry a$^ sales rep picks up the phone, don’t do TATA.
