You might have heard that TATA is a brand service provider & a biggest Internet ADSL provider but ll are fake they dont have resources.I really want to slap myself for choosing TATA’s connection.
Tata has no service for his users.I have used their service for last 1 year but its good for nothing.The connection is really slow sometimes I am unable to connect myself to the Internet.
Their service is poor and they should provide technical persons as a customer care.
Even the customer care is unable to provide the help they are frustrating as well.
I am a technical person but I have to provide all the help to customer care agent.
I suggest everyone to use a better service and dont think about the money.I am frustrated with this connection and I have removed it.Please friends dont use tat since you will suffer from problems.I wish that all of you will agree with me.
Please help others to choose.
