Dear All, I bought a cable Tata Indicom Broadband connection, other than some intitial hiccups while applying, the final result was great... While applying the sales executive told me that the postpaid rental would be 500/- and I wil get the connection within 15 days..but even after 20 days I did not get any response from them... When I enquired I came to know that the scheme where the postpaid rental was offered at 500/- has been shelved.. I was very angry because if they had shelved it why did they offer me the same and did not have the initial courtesy to inform.. I called up the Helpline and found them non co operative Later I got a manager’s number from a friend of mine and when I called up the manager he helped me and asked me to go for an alternative by taking a prepaid connection which I went and atlast I got it. The speed of the Connection is superb and very much statisfied with it, the connectivity is stable and getting connected is also fast But they need to improve on their helpline performance.. its not that they are bad or anything.. they are too depended on the local information since it is hyderabad they are courteous and helpful eventough... One other con of Tata indicom broadband prepaid is Re charge vouchers, they do not have an option to re charge online and you are dependent on an agency for a delivery of recharge voucher If they increase their focus on all these I am sure they would be able to provide a much better service than the one they are giving now TATA anyhow is a brand mane of TRUST wich they need to ensure is kept Regards, Muffadal Abbas Rasiwala

This is reference to the above review where I mentioned thtat they do not have an online re charging , They have inititated that and now there is an option to re charge.
But the service part there is no change with complaint still booming and the helpline not ble to give prpoper support for the same.
