Worst Service

Plan: Quick Surf 360


Cost: 3600/-


Place: Bangalore


I have been using Tata Indicom Broadband connection from past 2 years. I was quite happy with the service too. Even if the service went down once in a while it used to come back within a day or two with out even registering the complaint.


On Nov 6th 2008, the internet connection went down once again. I thought that the internet connection will be restored in two days, but even after 2 days the internet connection was still down.


I raised a complaint on 8th of Nov. Every single day I have been calling them and I get to hear the same story all the time that their engineer is working on the issue and it will be solved in a day or two. Almost 15 days have passed but still not no response from them


Worst is that they do not even have a Toll Free number. Every time you call them you are spending money. They also do not given any refund for the down time nor will they extend the validity.


The phone number of Nodal Officer is a useless one. No matter how many times you call them, they never pick the call.


This is the worst service I have ever seen.
