My wife was using Tata Indicom broadband at her home before our marriage. Almost the entire time it would never be working. Very rarely it would be working. When she called customer care, they would give the standard replies like "we will look into it", "cable has been cut", etc.
But nothing would happen at all! They would take their own sweet time to fix it, no matter how much pressure you try to put on them. And invariably once it’s fixed, it’ll go down again very soon.Finally she got fed up and stopped using it. They still haven’t come to collect their modem. Hope they don’t harass us later for that at least!
Take it only if you are interested in taking "panga" with Tata Indicom. Or you want some excitement in your life!
