Pathetic. Let me put down my conclusions from experiences in points:
They do not have a process in place which can qualify them as service providers. Customer service interaction is the point of termination of your complaint. Then onwards you never know when the issue could be resolved or what is the status. There is "no way" to reach to the next supervisory level unless you walk down to their center which would be mostly no where near to your place.
I did not get internet service from July 12th while the package was supposed to get expired on July 15th. I waited for couple of days, thanks to busy life in Bangalore. When I wanted to lodge a complaint on July 17th, they said, we cannot lodge the complaint as the package is expired. So I had to renew the package and again it was restored on .guess what Aug 12th:) . That too after a heavy followup and frustration. Again it did not last for long. On Aug 16th , it was not avialble. and till date, Sep 10th, I did not get my connection. Money is in their pocket, and losses in mine:( .
Despite n number of mails and phone calls, end result is still the same. No work from their end. It is astonishing how they are even permitted the status of a service provider company by the authorities.
- Backend teams update response for any ticket is "work is in progress". Even after 10 days the feedback is the same.
4. No callbacksfrom their end. Even if we mention that the service is not restored, still they would ignore it and close the call. So after couple days when we try to lodge a new call, we will realize that the old call is in resolved state despite your feedback that it is not working.
Worst part is that, yesterday I got a mail telling that the package is about to expire. Now who would like to renew a new package under such circumstances?
The numbers of their nodal officers which they have in their updated database do not work. They are invalid numbers!
7.None of your comments would be bothered. They just need the money and everything else goes in drain.
8.Minimum time they ask for irrespective of an issue is 48Hrs! Airtel tries to resolve in next 4 working hrs! look at the diff margin!
Never ever ever ever go for this service.you will be talking to woods later on!
The service itself is unreliable, and it is coupled with worst customer service. Previous line describes the service completely and perfectly.
