Tata - The big name behind thieves running a company with no service ethics. They call them Internet Service Provider(ISP) and I should call them Internet Thieves(IT) instead.
I purcharsed tata indicom broadband connection in Delhi 1.5 years back and since then they never rendered high quality service. Despite my several requests, they always took 15-20 days to fix my line which could actually take only a few minutes. Their engineers / lineman wants bribes to fix the lines and I even compained about this in written via emails to their email addresses but all invain. they never improved their services. I was bound to use them as backup as I had sify as my primary connection.
Then around 5 months back I received letter from them that since they can’t render good service in wired connection due to frequent breakdowns, so they are finally closing their services and now they will refund my money but they never refunded. My balance of 6708(+ service tax) is lying with them. Now I am sure to lodge a complaint against them with consumer forums and ask for my balance+ compensation for all harassment they have done in all those years of connection.
