If any of you especially corporates plan to go for TataIndicom broadband, I suggest that its better not having an internet connection than having one from TataIndicom.
Every 15 days we face some or other connectivity issues.
The internet connection at my office (Bangalore) is down since 2 days, complaint has been lodged and they were supposed to revert back in 24 hrs (they are not ashamed of telling it) and now its more than 48 hrs.
I called the support (got connected after 8 minutes, I assume there are many facing similar problem) and gave the previously provided complaint number. The support person tells me that they are not able to check the status of my complaint as their internal software is down (havent we all heard this before).
He gave me the standard reply of we will get back...and when asked to escalate he said his line supervisior (Mr. Phani) is busy (or playing games with other customers?).
I am planning to go to the consumer court and file a complaint and get good my loses.
If any of you have filed a complaint at the consumer court do let us know.
Boy, I think I am falling in love with the good old dial-up connectivity (again ofcourse not from pathetic TataIndicom)
