I have a Tata Indicom postpaid connection(Bangalore). When I visited their Head Office, they said that for one handset, they are giving 6 months rental free+roaming free +instalment and so on. After taking this connection, I didnt get this offers. When I contacted the customer care, THEY DIDNt KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE PACKAGES, TARIFFS, OFFERS.........Great customer care.
I have visited that head office more than 20 times to get some clarifications about this. Still waiting for that.
Tata Teleservice in Bangalore is not giving any value to its customers.Due to the bad experience from them, I just asked them about the proceedures for closing the connection. One lean lady(like a pencil) was there in teh Tata Indiocom Head office, Koramangala, Bangalore who was Acting as a customer care executive, told me that , I need to pay around Rs 5000 to close the connection(Exit Fee), with great pleasure. They have no problem to loose one customer. How we can drop this connection?. We are forced to stay with them as the handset we have bought from them has no other use.
