WLL/CDMA connection were taken from M/s Tata Indicom on 13 th july. Requested for STD connection but in reply they told to fax me stating my name, number, address, account number etc. and accordingly faxed it.
After hard chasing, it was come to know that my request turned down. Their varification team gave remarks for my request.
Again chased up very hard and found that I had to fax again requesting for re-varification. Done accordingly.
To my surprise, now they are advising me to purchase VCC card (Tata Indicom make onlly).
If this was the situation, they could have advised me earlier.
I feel like amazing behaviour from Tata Indicom!
Connection of my number was de-activated for some hours. When enquired, it was found that since I did not pay my first billing amount. In fact, I did not receive any bill from Tata Indicom prior to de-activation of my number.
Quite a amazing service from reputed firm like Tata!
