I have a walky connection. keep paying my bills on time. the second day after I get the bill the payment is done. so every one of my bill is paid atleast 7 - 10 days before due date.
TATAs donot seem to have knowledge of their departments. the dept that disconnects the services I feel does not speak to the accounts dept. in fact a funny request was received by me to carry my bills all the way to panjim 50 km away to get the re connection done.
customer service is only lip service. I do not feel that they ever bother any thing about dead lines or customer satisfaction. I had to keep giving calls and wait for more than 7 days till my connection was restored. just imagine I pay all the bills on time. I think the plight of defaulters would be better.
my advice if u can please avoid tata indicom ....
