I have several tata indicom connections and 2 vdata cards.i have been having a problem with my data card since jan 2007 and still not solved in spite of several requests.The most shocking thing is yesterday
the people from collections called and threatened me to pay my bill though I had an outstanding amount of only 22 rupees.i went to the tata indicom showroom at koramangala in bangalore to complain regarding this and the people over there behaved like goondas by dragging me out of the office and hitting me so badly .
I never even dreamt that tata indicom could do this to me AND IS this the way to treat a customer.
I have decided to go ahead and take legal action and inform public that though the company and the products are excellent the people who behave like goondas have to be taken to task.
