I have been using Tata Indicome since almost 2 years, and I should say that they are better than all the services I used and came across.
Their network coverage is excellent, while others like Hutch, BPL, Airtel etc., are far behind, though Reliance comes close to good network, but not as good. I realised when I was at my native place down south, and travelled quite a lot, while all other service networks with my relatives where going on/off, Tata’s was steady, even in the interiors.
I use a post-paid connection and hardly faced any problems. I have Tata Indicome landline and their free calls from Tata-to-Tata is awesome.
There is hardly any overcharged bill to date.
The customer care service is fairly good also.I would recommend Tata Indicom to all people who are fed up of tall claims and cheeky advertisments of other service providers.
