Tata Indicom Mobile Operator

This TATA has taken my peace of mind away.. and my sleep.. and my precious calls...!

The stupid phone I bought from TATA suddenly got spoiled and I later realized it was the charger!

I went to the TATA Hub.. TATA Shop.. Even the regional TATA office..

My Experience:

TATA Customer Service: Sorry Sir, but we do not keep any phone spares, even though these phones are exclusively meant for TATA connections! ..

Me: OK.. so where do you get spares from? ..

TATA Customer Service: Urr.. Maybe you can drive to this remote village near the city, thats the service center, give a try... But they usually dont keep stocks..

Me: RIGHT! Thats perfect..

Next day, being desparate to get my phone switched on again, I decided to buy a new phone.. which obviously has to be CDMA supported.. and ofcourse only those TATA supported...

TATA Customer Service: Oh we are sorry Sir, we dont have just phones in stock currently... All the phones we have comes with a NEW CONNECTION!

Me: So you mean I cant get a new phone with my same T-SIM

TATA Customer Service: We have been instructed not to sell the phones without the connections.. SIR.

Me: Man, I really need to switch ON my phone, I can pay you anything for getting this to work!

TATA Customer Service: If you can place an order for a phone, perhaps we can try to get it for you within the next three working days...

Me: Well... Three days is too long, cant you help me by getting that phone within a day?

TATA Customer Service: No sir, I dont think I can help you (I dont even want to try)

Me: Thanks a lot dude... I am going to cancel all my relations and connections with TATA... After all I have all the reasons to do so.. I recently bought an Indigo car and it has taken me to the workshop five times already!!!! You can try to eat some sht and die.. for working for this stupid TATA!!!!

Thanks TATA for keeping me happy, for paying bills of 3000+, 4000+, 1900+, 5400+ in the last four months... Ofcourse you are too big to address my concerns...

My VDATA card experience:

TATA Customer Service: Sir, this connection gives you 230.4 KBPS, no one else can give you that...!

Me: Serious? I need one mate!

TATA Customer Service: Sure right away Sir!!

After seven awful days of following up I finally get my VDATA with a new T-SIM. It took another 3 days for that CARD to be activated.. apparently the address verification people couldnt find my home!!!!

AND THE MAXIMUM SPEED I HAVE EVEN ACHIEVED IN REALITY IS 53.4 KBPS even though the connection shows 230.4! THEY ARE CHEATING YOU GUYS! THEY ARE!!!

NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING MADE OR GIVEN BY TATA..
