I have also taken tata indicom corporate connection..
Activation and network coverage is all fine till now for me.
In my plan, 500 mins incoming is free while roaming...this is also advantageous for me.
But the problem came whilr I had to activate 2 of the additional value packs:
1) SMS pack - 3000 sms (both loacl and national) for Rs.50
2) Jumbo STD pack - Re1 for STD, the packs price is RS 100
These two packs are available whle roaming or not???? this was my question...
For this Tata indicom CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS gave different answers.
One person told me its available while roaming while the other told me its not available.....
I went and enquired about this in one of the true value hub.. there also they told me its not available in roaming... who s correct the customer solutions guy who told me its avilable or the true value hub people who told me its not available????
Atlast after launching a customer complaint (which I had to follow up for 1 week) got it clarified..
The 2 plans mentioned above are available during roaming till u utlise the 500 mins incoming free while roaming.
Please Custmers require a constant information.. do not scare them by giving fluctuating informations like this.....
