Pathetic Internet service:
Forced to use tata indicom Photon+ since more than 2 years, but can’t see their service & speed improving. Today I complaint regarding poor service, surprised to know that they will charge Rs.150/- as visit charge. They claim speed is upto 3.1MBPS, but if they find minimum speed 25KBPS this is okay as per them. DON’T YOU THINK THIS IS JUST LIKE CHEATING?
They claim and give big adds for speed upto 3.1MBPS, but if their constant speed will be around 100KBPS then also it would have been okay for MAILS & simple browsing, but sorry to say that the constant speed is not even 100KBPS.
Can anyone tell is there any option like porting of DATACARD services?
