I am using this service for the last 6 months. Speed is very uneven. Sometimes Its nice bot some times its Zero or very slow. Tata ISP should rectify this problem.
If we talk about its service, Its very poor. When I call customer care, they said our Technical member will talk to you, but no one called till now.
Overall Internet speed is not reliable for normal home user.
So don’t go for it.Very Poor Experience.
