I had purchased photon datacard from the gallery at Thane Naupada in February 2012 no. 9220029545. at that time I had submitted my photo, id proof etc. I do not have any dues. But since last Saturday( 4th August 2012) I am unable to connect to the net. when I called the customer care I was told they dont have my id documents so they have barred my connection.
I went to the gallery again and have given my documents I was promised my connection will be activated within 24 hours. its more than 8 days I still cant use the net. when I called customer care they told me they havent received the documents. How many times I have to get my id verified? if the documents have got misplaced is it my problem. There is absolutely no co-ordination between the customer care, back office. They dont care about their customers. If this had happened in U.S. they would have been sued.
I went to the gallery at thane and submitted the docs on 6th august. today is 13th august my a/c has still not been activated. I have visited the gallery three times they have showed me the records of delivery of docs to back office. I dont know if the a/c will get activated in my lifetime.
