Ive had Tata Photon+ since just before Republic Day. First my plan was wrong, and they were unable to verify whether a special joining offer was provided. My plan issues were aggravated in the second billing cycle, when I saw unauthorized plan change (I had only inquired about the available plans). Not sure how much resources were used in the process of calling and e-mailing the Tata Indicom Customer Support to fix this. Finally, after 2 sizable refunds, my 3rd bill amount and plan are correct. Even the Nodal Officer decided to check in me. Now, Im scared to request any changes because it will mess things up again.
Also, they keep asking for a store visit to make any plan changes to a corporate plan, but this is not required. The connection speeds are good. A couple of times in the morning, speed drops to crawl. My time of usage is mostly weekends and in the morning during the weekends. The sales person appears always available to assist with service issues.
