I had such a horrible experience with tata photon Plus. Their super slow speed is really frustrating. I think they recruit people with the lowest IQs for their customer care. If you wanna get angry, you should just call their helpline. They don’t know a thing about their own product and are shockingly rude. They wouldn’t resolve any issues but during the time of billing, they’d call and bother you every hour. I was so angry that I just threw away their data card.
I could have given it to someone else but I wouldn’t want anyone to go through this unbelievably frustrating experience EVER! Technical issues, connection issues, speed issues... you name it... it’s like "Buy a Photon data card and get mental unrest ABSOLUTELY FREE!".
Seriously, this product should be banned or something. I wish I could give them no stars.
