Too much disgusted from your services Docomo. I have my photon plus corporate connection active for almost 1 year now- the number is 9216448398. Your customer care executives and service centers misguide customers. Got a problem in my photon plus around 10 days back. There has been no resolution/ replacement since then even after logging complaint for like 100 time and listening to your customer care executives useless promises. My device is still under warranty- I dont know why do you even put warranty tag on your hardware when you have to harass the customer.
I had been sent to 3 addresses by your customer care executives where your service centers do not exist- this shows how outdated your database is- I wasted a lot of time and fuel of my car going to places to hear excuses that your company cant replace the device for a filthy reason that the cap was missing off it- do you even mention this in your agreement while selling your stuff? Keeping this aside, what about the value of time that I had been forced to waste to complain and hear NO from your service centers? When I called your nodal office in Panchkula, the girl who picked up the phone told me that the nodal office was located in Amritsar- what a pity. You guys are good for nothing.
Now that I have lodged a request for disconnection, your executives say that they dont care if I do the business with your company or not. I was planning to get 10 new photon connections for my team but now I am happy that I have changed my mind by seeing your unacceptable services. If you cant handle business, there are many who are ready to eat the pie that you miss Docomo. #shame #fail
