I am staying in indiranagar Bangalore and previously I used MTS Mblaze which worked with decent speeds .. like an YouTube video in full screen with no buffering.
But as I tested this photon plus, it hardly clocked 400-500 kbps and the rest its giving me a speed of 200k.
Never rely on this.
